Founder of Organise Her, virtual assistant, project strategist, creative thinker, and mum in the thick of it.
This business was born in the spaces between night feeds and nap times, not out of convenience, but out of purpose.
After 15 years in high-pressure government roles — leading complex projects, writing strategic policy, managing multi-million dollar programs, and building strong, values-driven teams — I realised I wanted to bring my skills to a different kind of work.
Work that aligned with the life I was building at home. Work that created space, not just for me and my family, but for other women trying to do the same.
So here I am — running a flexible, professional VA business, while rocking my baby to sleep.
Organise Her is built on the belief that professionalism and parenthood are not mutually exclusive.
In fact, they can inform each other in powerful ways.
I understand the juggle because I live it too. I’ve managed sensitive government investigations, built streamlined systems, and delivered results under pressure, but I also navigate the pressures of family life, maintaining a household, and supporting my child. That dual experience gives me the unique ability to support women in business with both empathy and excellence.
My approach is equal parts structure and softness. I help bring calm to your chaos, clarity to your plans, and consistency to your operations — all while respecting the rhythms of your life and your business. Whether you need help wrangling your inbox, mapping out a launch, keeping your backend systems on track, or just carving out space to breathe — I’m here to help.
And yes — sometimes that help might come outside of traditional business hours. You might get an email from me late at night, or a voice note while I’m walking my baby in the pram.
This is a ‘babes in arms’ business, so you might hear my little one say “hi” during a phone call, sometimes he may need to come along to our meeting if needed.
